Sylwester is a Founding and Managing Partner at Cogito, focusing on investments in fintech, enterprise software and AI.
Before founding Cogito, Sylwester spent over a decade in senior leadership roles in venture capital and growth equity. Among other positions, he served as a Senior Partner at MCI Capital, where he led the firm’s European growth technology investment practice.
Sylwester holds an MBA in Strategic Management of Technology and e-Business from Cass Business School in London, UK, and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Gdańsk, Poland.
