Paweł is a seasoned private equity leader in Central and Eastern Europe, with nearly two decades at MidEuropa, where he served as Partner and Head of the Warsaw office and contributed to major transactions including Allegro, Żabka, Hortex, Displate, Diagnostyka, Lux Med, and Alpha Medical.
As a Senior Advisor and member of the Cogito Guild, he supports sourcing, investment execution, and value creation across Cogito’s technology‑focused portfolio.
