Norbert is a Partner at Cogito, focusing on investment opportunities in enterprise software, AI, fintech, and healthcare.
Before joining Cogito, he served as an Investment Director at MCI Capital, investing in early- and late-stage tech companies in CEE.
Norbert began his career in the investment banking departments of Credit Suisse and Rothschild and later worked as a financial analyst at Nestlé.
He is a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA), a licensed investment advisor, and a registered stockbroker.
Norbert holds an MA in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics.
