Krzysztof is a Venture Partner at Cogito, working closely with the investment team and supporting value creation across selected portfolio companies.
Krzysztof is a seasoned private equity investor with over two decades of experience in leadership, strategy, and value creation. He previously served as Partner and Head of the Warsaw office at CVC Capital Partners, where he sat on the boards of Żabka, Comarch, and PKP Energetyka. Earlier, he was Managing Partner at Innova Capital, contributing to landmark investments including Wirtualna Polska and GTS.
As a member of the Cogito Guild, Krzysztof co‑invests alongside Cogito’s funds and supports value creation across selected portfolio companies.
