Jerzy joined the team as Principal in 2025 from PwC Poland’s M&A team to focus on investment opportunities in enterprise software and fintech.
His career at PwC spanned nine years, during which he became Manager in the M&A practice, where he was responsible for transaction execution on both sell and buy side across multiple segments, with a particular focus on technology.
Jerzy holds MA and BA degrees in Finance and Accounting from Warsaw School of Economics and Universita Bocconi.
