Adam joined the team as an Associate. Prior to joining Cogito, he worked as a Financial Analyst at Houlihan Lokey in London, where he focused on sell-side M&A transactions, primarily working with private equity funds. Adam holds an MSc in Finance and Economics from Warwick Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Manchester.

Jerzy is a Principal at Cogito. Before joining the firm, he worked in the M&A team at PwC Poland, where he was responsible for transaction execution across various sectors, with a particular focus on technology. Jerzy holds MA and BA degrees in Finance and Accounting from Warsaw School of Economics, and studied at Universita Bocconi.
